Bill McCloy & McCloy Family Foundation
Bill McCloy brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the power industry, including three successful business exits. He has served as CEO of Power Distribution Services, CEO and Founder of CE Power Solutions, and as a Board Member of Qualus Power Services. In 2018, he established McCloy Holdings, which manages a real estate portfolio focused on long-term value creation and strategic growth.

Beyond his business accomplishments, Bill actively advises small- to mid-sized companies on strategic direction and operational development. Central to his work is a deep commitment to supporting the Greater Cincinnati community, where he prioritizes initiatives that create meaningful, local impact.

Bill’s philanthropic efforts are closely tied to this mission. He supports organizations such as Delta Tau Delta philanthropies and the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, while maintaining a strong focus on advancing opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His work reflects a broader belief that business success and community investment should go hand in hand.

As a result of his lifelong commitments to community excellence, Bill and his family began the McCloy Family Foundation. It is here that the legacy of Bill's work and commitment to the Ohio disability communities continues to thrive. Bill's children, Annie, Sam, Olivia, and William Jr. (Mac), lead the foundation's continued philanthropic efforts each year.
